Adoption Eligibility
Adoption is the process of becoming a child's legal parent. Adoption is permanent. If the judge approves an adoption, the biological parents lose all custody rights to a child.
This eligibility interview will ask some questions to determine if you qualify to start the legal adoption process, or if there are other options that fit your situation better.

The portal will use your answers to complete the court forms you need to submit.
File Your Documents
You can then file your forms directly with the court through the portal. Or you can download, print, and submit them in person at the courthouse.
